Our competitive analysis artifact is designed to give a thorough evaluation of a company's market landscape. It combines three powerful tools: a SWOT analysis, Porter’s Five Forces, and a detailed competitor matrix.

The SWOT analysis highlights internal strengths and weaknesses, alongside external opportunities and threats, offering a clear view of strategic positioning. Porter’s Five Forces examines the competitive environment, evaluating the impact of competitive rivalry, threat of new entrants, threat of substitutes, bargaining power of buyers, and bargaining power of suppliers. The competitor matrix compares key features, technologies, target markets, pricing models, and unique differentiators against main competitors.
